In-Home Cat Care Servicesfrom hello to the last photoin Bella Vista
In-home cat care services in Bella Vista, Bentonville, Rogers and Pea Ridge that follow the same loving routine every visit, from a gentle hello to the photos I send before I leave.
Every Visit,step by step
- 1
A gentle hello. I come in slow and give your cats a moment to see me. "Meow, meow, my name is Lauren, I'm here." Some cats run to the door and some watch from a hiding spot, and both are just fine.
- 2
Their daily needs come first. Fresh food, clean water and sometimes a treat, before anything else.
- 3
A clean litter box. Scooped every visit, so their space stays clean and cozy.
- 4
A look around the house. I make sure everything at home is just as you left it.
- 5
Play, cuddles or quiet company. I settle into the living room and the toys come out. Some days that means bird TV or cat TV on YouTube, and you'd be surprised how much cats love it. If your cat isn't in the mood to play, we simply hang out. Your cat makes the rules.
- 6
Medication, if needed. Given with love, understanding and patience, including insulin.
- 7
Photos and an update. Before I leave, I text you photos and a note like this: "Hi, it's Lauren. I'm here with Chanel and Sonora. They're doing great. They've had food and water, their litter box is clean, they each got a treat, and now we're hanging out." Every visit gets its own text, morning and evening.

Beforethe first visit
About a week before you leave, I come to your home for a meet and greet. You walk me through the house, show me where everything is and how you give any medication, and your cats get to meet me. That way I'm a familiar face, not a stranger, when I walk in on the first visit. Before you leave, I check in with you and send the invoice, so everything is ready when you walk out the door.

Compassionate Cat Carefor shy cats
Some cats hide the moment their humans leave, and that's okay. I've worked with cats who never came out of their hiding spot when their people were away, and I give them the space and time to get comfortable and come out of their shell. I never force a cuddle. Compassionate cat care means meeting your cat right where they are.
Energy Musicwhile we hang out
I'm an energy worker at heart, and cats are very energetic beings. While I sit and play with your cats, I often put on soft energy healing music to set a calm, relaxing mood for everyone in the room.
30 Minutesor 60
Both visits include the full routine. The 60 minute visit simply gives us more time for extra play, a little cat TV, a special treat or a long snuggle. Longer trips, multi-cat homes and cats who crave company love it.
When Youget home
My care doesn't stop on the last visit. I check in with you once you're home to see how your cat is doing and answer any questions. Hearing that your cat is relaxed and happy is my favorite part.

What's in the update you send?+
After every visit I text you photos of your cat and a quick note about how it went: food and water, the litter box, playtime, any medication and anything else you'd want to know. If I visit twice a day, you get two updates.
What if my cat hides from you?+
That's completely normal. I give shy cats space and time, and I still take care of food, water and the litter box and make sure they're okay. Many shy cats come out to say hello once they learn I'm safe.
Can you scoop the litter box more than once?+
Yes. I scoop every visit, and I'm happy to do more if you'd like. Just tell me at the meet and greet how you like the litter box kept, and I'll follow your routine.
How do I share my cat's medication routine?+
At our meet and greet, you show me exactly how you give your cat's medication, whether it's pills, liquid or insulin. I follow your routine on every visit and give it with love, understanding and patience.
Will my cat get playtime every visit?+
Yes. Play and cuddle time is part of every visit. The toys come out, maybe a little bird TV, or we keep it calm and quiet if that's what your cat prefers. Your cat makes the rules.
